For summer holidays (up to june), you can keep your documents longer (8 weeks).

When the library is closed, you can return your documents in the outdoor box. You will need your library card to do so.

@TELIER (multimedia area)

Multimedia area for adults (up to 14 years old) provides 6 computers where you can access a personal session.

To use a computer you have to be registered to the library

The Read differently department displays over 1 600 adapted resources (audio books and large print books).

Music and cinema department displays a wide range of movies and documentaries with audiodescription.

E-readers available to borrow are configurable (letters size, etc.)

Deaf and hearing impaired people

Music and cinema department displays a wide range of movies and documentaries with subtitles in many languages.

Reduced mobility people

The whole library is adapted for reduced mobility people :

  • An access ramp to "Le Passage" and Youth department
     
  • Spaced shelves
     
  • An elevator for every floor

Mental disability or psychic illness

The whole library is adapted for people with mental disability or psychic illness.

Dyslexia

E-readers available to borrow are configurable with a specific font (OpenDyslexic)

Youth department displays books adapted to dyslexic people.

Website accessibility

Special attention was taken to display a website accessible to the largest number of people and specially to blind and visually impaired people.

All of this website's pages are progressively put in conformity with the RGAA's and the WAI's recommandations.

On tuesdays and thursdays, people who want to study in a quiet environment can stay in the library from 7.30 PM to 10 PM
